We are looking for a highly skilled Total Station Surveyor with experience in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate site layout, vertical and horizontal control, and structural alignment using total station equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and exact execution of multi-story building designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate total station equipment (Leica, Trimble, Sokkia, etc.) for precise measurement and layout on high-rise construction sites.

- Perform vertical control surveys, including transferring benchmarks to upper floors.

- Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points throughout the project.

- Set out grid lines, foundation positions, columns, core walls, slabs, and other critical structural elements as per approved drawings.

- Monitor and record building movements and vertical deviations (plumb control) during construction.

- Conduct as-built surveys and provide detailed reports and drawings.

- Work closely with site engineers, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment with design intent.

- Maintain survey equipment,



perform regular calibration, and ensure its proper functioning.

- Adhere to strict safety guidelines, especially when working at heights and on scaffolding.

- Manage and store survey data using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in total station surveying on high-rise or complex vertical projects.

- Proficiency in using total station equipment and related software.

- Strong understanding of verticality, alignment, and structural layout requirements in high-rise buildings.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

- Good physical condition; comfortable working at heights and in challenging site environments.

- Valid certification or license (if required by local regulations).

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
