Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage multiple branches or clusters.

2. Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incremental

interest collection, NPA reduction and OFP business.

3. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic

plans to achieve targets and business objectives.

4. Providing guidance and mentorship role to all Branch

teams

5. Build and maintain robust relationships with all staff

members

6. Monitoring and evaluating key performances metrics

and taking proactive measures to address field staff

issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimun Qualification - Graduation
- Freffered - MBA /PGDBM
- Age- 35-45
- Team Handling experience- Min 7-8 Years

Applicant should have excellent Sales experience with proven

Track Record, Team Management and Team Handling Skills

Good written and Communication skill in English is necessary
