Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry records of medicines.
- Counsel patients on the proper use, dosage, storage, and possible side effects of medications.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure uninterrupted medicine availability.
- Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm).
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Positive communication and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy billing/software is an added advantage.
