Full-Stack Engineer Early Team

We are an early-stage stealth startup based in Germany, building an AI medical co-worker for clinicians.

Our mission is to help clinicians access medical knowledge faster, reduce operational burden, and improve the way clinical decisions and documentation are supported through AI.

We are looking for a founding-minded Full-Stack Engineer to help build our core platform from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders, CTO, and ML team, owning meaningful parts of the product across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes responsibility for outcomes, and wants to build in a complex, high-impact domain. You should be able to turn product and clinical problems into strong technical solutions, make thoughtful trade-offs, and ship reliable software quickly.

What youll do

- Build production-grade frontend applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Design backend services, APIs, authentication, authorization, and internal workflows
- Work with Postgres, cloud infrastructure, Docker, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI capabilities into clinician-facing workflows




- Make strong technical decisions around scalability, security, privacy, and reliability
- Ship frequently and continuously improve product quality, usability, and performance

What were looking for

- Strong full-stack engineering experience
- Excellent frontend fundamentals and product sense
- Backend experience, ideally with Golang
- Experience with APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native development
- A security and privacy mindset, especially around sensitive healthcare data
- High agency, solid ownership, and the ability to execute without step-by-step direction
- Interest in applied AI, healthcare, and building products that matter
