Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Senior Associate to oversee and manage our financial processes and accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive financial efficiency within the organization. The Accounting Senior Associate will play a crucial role in general accounting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. General Accounting (RTR):

- Maintain Accurate accounting books.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Development:

- Oversee day-to-day operations general ledger activities, reconciliations and Cash postings.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.




- Implement best practices to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting.

Requirements:

1. Education and Certification:

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience:

- Proven experience as an Accounting or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, team management.

3. Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software (Yardi, RealPage) and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Industry Knowledge:

- Property accounting experience is preferred.
