Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate onboarding process including salary negotiations and benefits administration.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely filling of open roles.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Solid understanding of interview scheduling, onboarding, recruitment, sourcing, screening processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
