Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company objectives.
2. Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to develop product assortments that align with customer preferences and market trends.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer behavior.
4. Manage product development and bulk production timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
5. Monitor sales performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize order procurement.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior merchandising staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
7. Understand, guide and sort out technical issues or challenges in bulk production while order execution.
8. Maintain good relationships with customer QC and 3rd party labs to strengthen the partnership.





Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Textiles from any reputed textile institute.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in merchandising within home textiles industry, with a strong product knowledge.
3. Robust analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
4. Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good Knowledge in home textile products, production processes, and quality standards.
7. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
