Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide quality medical care in a hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, managing medical emergencies, assisting consultants, and ensuring smooth coordination with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide primary medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Attend to outpatients, inpatients, and emergency cases.
- Perform routine medical procedures such as IV insertions, suturing, wound dressing, and medication administration.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist senior consultants and specialists during patient management and procedures.
- Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
- Adhere to hospital protocols,



infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with medical ethics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBBS graduate with 03 years of clinical experience.
- Internship completed with valid medical registration.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts and join immediately will be preferred.
