Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Team Lead Finance & Accounts with strong experience in the manufacturing sector and sound exposure to service sector accounting. The role involves endtoend finance and accounts management including accounting operations, costing, budgeting, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, ERP systems, and process implementation. The candidate will lead the Finance & Accounts team, ensure timely closures, support audits, manage GST litigation, and deliver meaningful MIS for both manufacturing and service business segments.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

- Lead endtoend accounting activities for manufacturing and service sectors, including:
- Purchases, expenses, and fixed assets accounting
- Provisions, accruals, and prepaid expenses
- Vendor payments and reconciliations

- Handle dayend, monthend, quarterly, and annual book closures
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records

Costing, Budgeting & MIS

- Manage costing and cost control for manufacturing operations
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Develop and analyze MIS reports for manufacturing and service activities, including:
- Consumption tracking
- Expense analysis
- Gross margin analysis
- Variance analysis
- Trend analysis
- EBITDA analysis





- Provide insights and analysis to support management decision making

Process Implementation & Controls

- Drive implementation and strengthening of ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes
- Establish SOPs, internal controls, and best practices across finance operations
- Ensure efficient and compliant processes within ERP systems

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare, review, and file statutory returns and reconciliations
- Handle GST assessments, litigation, and departmental notices
- Coordinate and support:
- Statutory audit
- Tax audit
- Stock audit

Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team for daytoday activities
- Allocate work, review outputs, and ensure strict adherence to timelines
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members

ERP & Systems Exposure

- Handson experience with ERP and accounting systems such as:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Tally
- SAP
- Other manufacturingoriented ERP / accounting software

- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data and reports generated from systems

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and MIS
- Working knowledge of service sector accounting principles along with manufacturing exposure
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis)
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory accounting
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
