Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within our EPC company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with sourcing candidates from engineering and construction backgrounds and ensure timely onboarding to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and professional networks.

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups.

- Handle offer negotiations and release offer letters.





- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- MBA in HR (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle

- Experience hiring for technical positions (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)

- Familiarity with EPC/project-based hiring is preferred

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment toolsRole & responsibilities
