Job Title: Call Center Executive Outbound Calls & Secondary Sales
Location: Gurgaon, India
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound domestic calls to customers for product information and support.
- Promote secondary sales for Paint products without fixed targets.
- Maintain customer database and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales/operations teams and ensure smooth order processing.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MIS reporting.
- Customer-oriented, persuasive, and computer-savvy.
- Call center or telesales experience is a plus.
