[Designation- Operations Specialist

Job Description:

- To validate and store shipping documents.
- To ensure proactive action to avoid an escalation.
- To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting. To share productivity/ improvement ideas related to the process.
- To take care of day to day deviation / escalation in the process and record the same.
- To track and trace for visibility of shipments (Air, Sea and Road) and update and follow up missing statuses in system
- Freight forwarding, export documentation etc.
- To align with different stakeholders (LSP, Carriers,etc...) to obtain necessary information or documents related with shipment planning.
- To adhere to existing K + N Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.

Skills Required: Experience on knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Know how of Excel

Education Qualification: MBA/Graduate in Supply chain /Operations or any
