As a Senior Functional Consultant at Tatvamasi Labs, you are the primary bridge between business stakeholders and our technical delivery team. You own ERP implementations end to end, from requirement gathering and gap analysis through to deployment, training and post-go-live support.

You lead client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and ensure every solution maps the clients business processes to effective, well-documented ERP functionality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat/ Ahmedabad for a consultant with minimum 3 years of Odoo ERP - Functional experience.

Responsibilities

- Gather, document and validate client requirements

- Conduct gap analysis and design ERP solutions

- Plan scope, timelines and effort estimates

- Oversee configuration, testing and deployment

- Lead training, go-live and post-go-live support

Must Have

- Min 3 years of functional consulting experience

- Strong knowledge of core Odoo ERP modules

- Requirement documentation (BRD, FRD) and gap analysis

- UAT facilitation and solution design

- Bachelors in IT, CS or Business Administration

Nice to have

- Odoo ERP functional / technical certification

- AWS / cloud basics (compute, storage, backups)

- JIRA and version control (Git)

- Basic scripting / markup (Python, XML)
