1. Should have some experience in Banking any domain
2. Should be working or currently residing in the said location
3. Should know the local language and be a local
4. For Government experience current CTC can go upto 15 lacs. In locations like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai & Kochi, GB experience is mandatory
5. Non- Government experience in Banking will do only for Tirupati & Bengaluru location, but max CTC should be 10 lacs. RM s from Branches near Vidhan Soudha, Bengaluru be identified. Banks like ICICI, HDFC, Axis can be focused on with other possible Banks Federal, Yes, IDFC, Bandhan, IndusInd
6. Current CTC should be without much deviation from above mentioned for GB & Non-GB category
