Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Post and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and initial orientation support.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with prior experience from Real Estate industry & Immediate Joiners are prefered.
