Key Responsibilities

- Allocate collection portfolios to agencies based on performance.
- Achieve bucket-wise collection and minimize flow to higher buckets.
- Monitor and manage agency performance.
- Handle customer escalations and collection-related issues.
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams for recovery cases.
- Ensure timely agency billing, CRM closure, and audit compliance.
- Recruit and train field officers as required.
- Maintain 100% utilization of collection tools (HHT) and ensure operational efficiency.
