Job Summary:

We are hiring a Gold Loan Officer for Narsinghpur location who will be responsible for handling gold loan operations, customer acquisition, and portfolio management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in gold appraisal, loan processing, and branch-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Gold Loan operations at branch level
- Perform accurate gold valuation and purity testing
- Ensure proper KYC verification and documentation
- Disburse loans as per company policies and guidelines
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Generate new business through walk-ins and local market sourcing
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts and collections
- Ensure safe custody of pledged gold ornaments
- Maintain daily MIS and branch reports
- Adhere to internal audit and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:





- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1 4 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking
- Freshers with gold appraisal certification can also be considered

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of gold purity testing & valuation
- Basic understanding of lending processes
- Solid communication and customer handling skills
- Local market knowledge of Narsinghpur
- Ability to work in target-driven environment

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in companies like Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance, IIFL Finance
- Candidates from nearby locations preferred
