Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Annual Planning & Analysis
- Assist in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform monthly AOP achievement analysis to track organizational goals and highlight variances.

- Budgeting & Expense Management

- Develop and maintain department-wise and event-specific budgets.
- Coordinate budget planning and expense tracking for marketing activities, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Monitor spending against approved budgets and suggest corrective actions where necessary.

- Revenue & Collections

- Generate and issue invoices for client transactions.
- Follow up with clients on payments, ensure timely collection, and update accounts receivable records.
- Control overdue payments and aim to maintain zero outstanding balances.

- Project & Operational Finance

- Track revenue and expenses for strategic projects in collaboration with internal departments.
- Provide financial inputs to improve project profitability and operational efficiency.

- Vendor Management & Reconciliation





- Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Procurement and Accounts Payable.
- Support vendor compliance and payment schedules.

- Audit & Compliance Support

- Prepare and compile data for monthly and quarterly audits.
- Ensure all financial processes and records comply with internal controls and statutory regulations.

- Cost Control & Variance Analysis

- Conduct cost reviews and analyze variances to support effective financial decision-making.
- Recommend actions to improve cost-efficiency across departments.

- Reporting & Forecasting

- Prepare and present cash flow summaries, internal MIS reports, and financial forecasts.
- Support decision-making through timely and accurate financial data reporting.

- CRM & Financial Data Accuracy

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data in the CRM system.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date records to support reporting, analysis, and follow-ups.
