To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Recruiter located in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for fresher and experienced candidates across Verticals like IT, Finance, Engineering.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Managing the input to onboarding team.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure TAT and SLA is adhered in all BAU activities.
- Ensure respective process related documents are in place for audit and compliance

The experience were looking to add to our team:

- Graduate with 1-3 years exp. in entire Recruitment gamut.
- Adaptable to work in tight schedule and timings.
- Must be able to handle pressure.
