- 7-8 years of experience in Staff Augmentation, Vendor Management, Recruitment Operations, or VMO functions.
- Strong experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.




- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple staffing vendors and recruitment partners.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, workforce management, and vendor governance.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking systems.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in IT staffing, contingent workforce management, or managed service environments.
- Exposure to procurement and vendor compliance processes.
- Experience with VMS/ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
