- Should aware of IS codes & regulatory norms from industrial construction point of view.
- Providing cost inputs during preparing capex
- Preparing BOQ of civil works along with other tender documents.
- Preparing MTO of FIM of civil & structure
- Reviewing civil & structure drawings.
- Coordinating with consultant for resolving design related queries
- Coordination with internal stake holder for BOQ/BOM and site related points.
- Cost analysis of various type of structures.
