Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineering professionals to join us as Subject Matter Experts for training and evaluating advanced Artificial Intelligence models.

In this role, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to create high-quality, challenging question-and-answer datasets based on real-world Mechanical Engineering scenarios. Your contributions will directly help improve the technical reasoning capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze real-world Mechanical Engineering diagrams, images, case studies, and technical scenarios
- Create challenging, domain-specific questions that test advanced problem-solving, design thinking, and analytical abilities of AI models
- Develop accurate, detailed, and technically sound step-by-step solutions with clear explanations
- Review and validate technical content for correctness, depth, and quality
- Work on flexible timelines while maintaining high standards

Requirements:

- Prior industry, research, academic, or teaching experience is highly preferred
- Excellent written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
