Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch.
- Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products with the team to improve brand visibility.
- Plan, conduct and monitor branch field level marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
- Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
- Conduct error free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility for safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
- Maintain NPAs in control through solid follow ups from customers for interest collections.




- Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co workers.
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and taking necessary actions for growth of business in the branch.
- Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD''s, Gold Coins sale etc.
- Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation maintenance at the branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Skill Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelors Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
