Job Summary:

Globussoft Technologies is hiring a Content Creator Intern who is passionate about creating engaging social media content and is comfortable appearing on camera. This role is ideal for creative individuals who enjoy storytelling, video creation, and promoting a company's culture and software products through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for promotional videos, reels, product showcases, interviews, and office culture content.
- Generate creative ideas to promote Globussoft's software products, services, work culture, and employer brand.
- Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate video content with internal teams.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, employee stories, office events, and product demonstrations.
- Edit videos and create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional content using editing and AI tools.
- Research social media trends and create content aligned with current trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Product teams to execute content campaigns.




- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and audience engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
