Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end investment and wealth management operations.
- Oversee portfolio accounting, fund accounting, transaction reconciliation, and NAV validation.
- Ensure timely and accurate client reporting and investment reporting.
- Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service quality.
- Review and resolve reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the investment operations team.
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, investment advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.




- 1020 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or Family Office Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading operations teams.
- Robust expertise in portfolio accounting, fund accounting, reconciliation, and investment reporting.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, Advent Geneva, Addepar, Black Diamond, Investran, or Allvue is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to offshore wealth management operations and alternative investments is an advantage.
