Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth & disbursals across the assigned territory
- Onboard, activate & scale Channel Partners (DSA network)
- Lead & mentor a high-performing sales team
- Ensure strong lead conversion, follow-ups & closures
- Build relationships with Banks & NBFCs
- Track performance through regular MIS & reporting

Job Requirements:

- 2 3 years of experience in Loans / BFSI Sales
- Proven DSA / Channel Sales exposure
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in team handling & leadership
- Hunger to grow in a quick-scaling fintech environment

- Good Hike on your previous salary.
