JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager & Business Development to manage our gifting merchandise store and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory control, billing, team coordination, and business development.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
