Job Requirements

- Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in the KPO or education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies.
- Solid leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
