Role

This is a dual mandate: convert and counsel student leads through to enrolment, and actively build the pipeline that feeds them. You own outcomes from first conversation to visa grant. This is not an order-taking desk job — we expect you to bring leads in, not just process the ones handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on course, university, and country selection across UK, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and New Zealand

• Own the full cycle: enquiry, profiling, application, offer, financial documentation, and visa filing

• Build and convert your own pipeline through referrals, school/college tie-ups, events, and direct outreach

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and hit defined conversion and intake targets

• Keep applications clean and document-backed — no inflated profiles,



no shortcuts

Requirements

• 2+ years in overseas education counselling or international admissions, with a demonstrable conversion and visa-closure record

• Strong working knowledge of at least two of our core destinations

• Proven BD ability — you can show how you’ve generated leads, not just worked them

• Direct, organised, and comfortable owning targets

• Bachelor’s degree minimum
