Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced SAP eSPP (Enhanced Service Parts Planning) / SAP SPP Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Service Parts Planning and Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and be capable of designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP SPP/eSPP solutions for global service parts operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design, configure, and implement SAP eSPP / SAP SPP solutions for Service Parts Planning.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Configure forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment planning, and distribution planning processes.
- Work on service parts planning concepts including:
- Forecasting
- Inventory Optimization
- Distribution Requirements Planning
- ABC/XYZ Classification
- Supersession Management
- Lifecycle Planning

- Prepare Functional Specifications, Solution Design Documents, Blueprint Documents, and Process Flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEF developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions.
- Coordinate with business users during Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production Deployment.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams integrating SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, and S/4HANA modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize planning parameters to improve service parts availability.

Required Skills:-

- 7+ years of SAP functional experience.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP SPP or SAP eSPP.
- Strong experience in:
- SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP)
- SAP eSPP
- Forecasting
- Inventory Planning
- Distribution Planning
- Service Parts Planning

- Experience with:

- ABC/XYZ Classification
- Supersession
- Product Lifecycle Planning

- Good understanding of SAP SCM and S/4HANA Service/Spare Parts processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM integrations.
- Experience in Functional Configuration and Customization.
- Expertise in Master Data, Transactional Data, and Planning Parameters.
- Experience in Testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), Defect Management, and Go-Live Support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills;-

- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Exposure to global supply chain implementations.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
