We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and be capable of independently handling operations, coordinating with internal teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels.
- Create and optimize product listings, monitor listing quality, and coordinate A+ Content/Premium A+ follow-ups.
- Handle FBA operations, including shipment creation, return claims, reimbursements, and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels, out-of-stock products, procurement, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate customer warranty registrations, product support, customer reviews, and return claims.
- Raise and track marketplace support tickets and resolve operational issues.
- Analyze returns, operational reports, and identify process improvements.
- Perform routine operational audits to ensure smooth business functioning.




- Support business development initiatives, new platform launches, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely dispatches and accurate inventory.

Requirements:

- Mandatory: Prior experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon is essential; Shopify and other marketplaces preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Robust knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently.
- Experience with OMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
