We are currently looking for coaches , with the following requirements

- FIDE rated above 1400, no upper limit (We are hiring titled players as well)
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about teaching chess
- Passionate about working with young kids
- Expert in Technology (Zoom, Google Sheets, Lichess.org, Chessbase etc.)
- Active Internet Connection (50+Mbps) and Desktop/Laptop with a webcam is a must
- Committed, sincere, flexible and willing to learn.

Players in the 1400-1550 FIDE rating range will receive a starting payout of Rs.335 per hour (10% TDS applicable)

If your FIDE rated is higher, we will discuss a higher starting pay based on your FIDE rating and coaching experience.
