About the Role

Unite Computech Info India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) to join our US Staffing team. If you have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, understand US hiring processes, and enjoy sourcing top technical talent, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills





- 3-5 Years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and TechFetch.
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, ERP, or Infrastructure roles.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or Implementation Partners.
- Exposure to US State or Federal client hiring will be an added advantage.
