Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining team coordination and quality, and handling basic HR and administrative activities. Candidates with experience or exposure to the Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain team coordination and ensure quality of work.
- Handle employee engagement and support HR operations.
- Manage HR documentation and basic office administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in HR,



Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Experience or knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
