Ensure strong accountability and performance tracking

6. Operational Discipline & SOP Adherence

7. Monthly Cluster performance reports

8. Problem Solving in high pressure Environments

9. Maintain Process discipline while moving quick

10. Deliver consistent experience across multiple locations

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience, good communication, people handling capabilities, and experienced in Hospitality industries.
