- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food as per SOPs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain caf hygiene.
- Operate POS, handle billing, and manage cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
- Senior Barista: Supervise shift operations, train team members, and support the Caf Manager.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- Barista: Minimum 1 year of relevant caf/QSR experience.
- Senior Barista: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with team handling exposure.
- Positive communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
