Job Description: Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 0-5 Years
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Proficiency in Excel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Domestic Client Coordination:
- Act as a coordinator for branch, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Address client enquiries, Sales team enquiries, provide product details, and coordinate for order processing.

- Data Management:

- Maintain and update client databases, orders, and Customer documentation.
- Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of client interactions and transactions.

- MIS (Management Information System):

- Prepare Regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales processes.
- Maintain MIS for each Customer.

- Order Processing & Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, production, Internal Sales and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations.

- Market Research Support:

- Assist in gathering data on international markets, client preferences, and competitive activities.




- Share insights with the team to identify potential areas for growth.

- Excel Reporting:

- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel for data analysis and presentations.
- Manage large datasets efficiently with advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts).

Key Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle international client interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in backend sales support, Domestic operations, or a similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
