Reporting To
Head Planning & Cost Control Operations Head

Job Role
Coordinate production plans, daily operating performance follow-up, cross-functional alignment, and performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare schedules, track production targets versus actuals, coordinate feedstock and product movement, support shutdown planning, follow up on deviations, and issue regular MIS and performance reports for management review.

Job Deliverables
Improved plan adherence, timely reporting, better production coordination, stronger visibility of deviations, and improved execution follow-up.

Qualification
BE B.Tech in relevant field

Nature of Experience
Production planning, operations coordination, MIS, performance tracking,



and manufacturing analytics in continuous process industries.

Industry Preference
Petrochemical PVC Chlor-Alkali Refinery Fertilizer Integrated Manufacturing Sites

Preferred Exposure
Daily production coordination, schedule management, shutdown coordination, performance reporting, and operating plan follow-up.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, numerically solid, and collaborative.

Key Interfaces
Plant Heads, Operations, Logistics, Stores, SCM, Maintenance, Finance, and site leadership.
