Level of education and experience required:
- Mechanical engineer (knowledge of internal combustion engines desirable),
- Successful experience, 7-8 years minimum in the project function of automotive/auto component development.

The Program Manager acts as the single point of contact between the customer and the organization throughout the product development lifecycle.
1. Program Management
- Lead complete program execution from RFQ to SOP and post-launch stabilization.
- Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan.
- Define project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure project execution meets Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Conduct regular project reviews with management.
- Monitor project KPIs and escalate risks proactively.
- Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR) throughout product life cycle.
