Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for electronic components and semiconductors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing procedures, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of process design principles, mechanics, and materials science.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
