About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Head of Jewellery CAD Designer /CAD HOD with experience in the export diamond jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise in Matrix, and experience creating production-ready CAD models for international markets. You'll collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to bring high-end jewelry concepts to life.

Your focus: Creating accurate, cutting-edge, and production-ready CAD designs that meet global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

CAD Design & Development

- Create high-quality CAD models for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, and bridal jewellery.
- Develop production-ready CAD designs based on sketches, concepts, and customer requirements.
- Ensure designs are technically accurate and optimized for manufacturing.

Product Development

- Design classic, bridal, and fancy shape diamond jewellery collections for export markets.
- Make design revisions based on customer feedback and production requirements.
- Maintain high design standards while meeting project timelines.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with the Design, Merchandising,



and Production teams throughout the product development process.
- Support new collection development and ensure seamless execution from concept to production.

Design Quality

- Maintain organized CAD files and follow internal design standards.
- Stay updated with international jewellery trends, manufacturing techniques, and market preferences.

What We're Looking For

- 5-10 years of experience in Diamond Jewellery CAD Designing.
- Experience working with an export-oriented jewellery manufacturing company.
- Strong proficiency in Matrix (Rhino knowledge is an added advantage).
- Hands-on experience designing fancy shape diamond jewellery, bridal, and classic collections.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
