For Fresher:- 16k ctc + Bonus
For Experienced:- Upto 19k ctc + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
