- End-to-end management of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up
- Bidding Proposal Writing - prepare compelling, customized bids and proposals for clients on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn and other freelance/B2B platforms
- Research and identify potential clients across domestic and international markets; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Write persuasive, well-structured project proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements and project scope
- Actively respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) with accurate, competitive bids
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals




- Coordinate with the technical and design teams to gather inputs and ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with delivery capabilities
- Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, deal status, follow-ups, and client communication logs
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach targets
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine pitching strategies
