Buzz Works is looking for a proactive and technically strong IT professional to manage and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure, technology coordination and support operations across all BuzzWorks locations and enterprise projects.

The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing IT infrastructure setups for current centres and Built-to-Suit (BTS) projects, while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across existing workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Planning & Execution

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure setup for all new BuzzWorks centers and Built-to-Suit (BTS) projects. • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for upcoming sites from an IT and network infrastructure standpoint.

• Review site conditions and coordinate requirements for server rooms, data racks, conduiting, networking pathways and ISP feasibility.

• Coordinate with Design, Projects and MEP teams to ensure IT infrastructure requirements are integrated during execution stages.

• Ensure readiness and timely deployment of:

o Internet leased lines o Structured cabling systems

o Wi-Fi infrastructure o Network racks & switches o Access points o Firewall systems o CCTV systems o Access control systems o AV & VC systems o Printer & device infrastructure • Work closely with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of IT systems. • Ensure all IT setups are completed within project timelines and operational readiness schedules. Client Coordination & Enterprise Technology Support.



Client Coordination & Enterprise Technology Support • Coordinate directly with enterprise clients for understanding and implementing their IT and network infrastructure requirements. • Act as the primary IT point of contact during client onboarding and project execution stages. • Assist clients with infrastructure planning, ISP coordination, VLAN requirements, networking needs and technology readiness. • Coordinate implementation of client-specific requirements including: o Dedicated internet lines o Secure network configurations o AV integrations o Access control integration o Server room requirements o Enterprise-grade connectivity solutions • Support client IT walkthroughs, testing and pre-handover validations. IT Operations & Service Management • Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all BuzzWorks locations. • Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of internet, Wi-Fi and network systems across centers. • Coordinate and resolve IT-related issues raised by internal teams, clients and center teams within defined timelines. • Track and monitor service tickets, escalations and issue resolution processes. • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and support partners for timely troubleshooting and closures. • Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance reviews for IT infrastructure across locations.



• Maintain backup records, warranty trackers, asset inventories and AMC documentation. Vendor & ISP Management • Coordinate with internet service providers, OEMs, system integrators and technology vendors for execution and support activities. • Evaluate vendor proposals, technical specifications and service capabilities. • Ensure timely follow-ups for installations, uptime commitments, escalations and service resolutions. • Track vendor SLAs and ensure adherence to committed timelines and quality standards. • Assist in vendor onboarding, comparison and technical evaluation processes. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain detailed trackers for: o IT infrastructure status o Internet connectivity status o Vendor coordination o Site readiness o Open tickets & escalations o Asset inventories o AMC & warranty records • Prepare weekly and monthly IT status reports for management and stakeholders. • Document network layouts, infrastructure records and IT handover documentation. • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT processes and support mechanisms. Technology & Systems Oversight • Monitor and support technology integrations across centers including: o Smart office systems o Visitor management systems o Access control systems o CCTV systems o Meeting room AV systems o Digital signage solutions o Collaboration and conferencing tools • Support implementation of future technology initiatives and workspace automation solutions. • Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure seamless end-user technology experience across all centers.
