About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officers (BDOs) to drive student acquisition and business growth for our education-focused services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales within the education industry and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert prospective students/customers through effective counseling and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, career fairs, and educational events.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales within the Education Industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Educational Consulting, Coaching Institutes, or Student Recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.
