Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall productivity.
- Monitor production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of line balancing, manpower handling, production supervising, shop floor control, and shop floor management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
