- Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise Pega solutions.
- Lead architecture, solution design, and development activities using Pega best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive reusable component strategy and service-oriented architecture.
- Mentor and guide junior Pega developers and System Architects.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering,
and Architecture teams on integrations and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 7-11 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega.
- Valid Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Service applications.
- Robust knowledge of Pega architecture, integrations, databases, and SDLC.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
