What You'll Do:
Source and recruit talent across diverse Non-IT domains
Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews with candidates
Build robust talent pipelines for multiple client requirements
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to ensure timely closures
Deliver quality profiles within defined turnaround times
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 1-3 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Is self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Can join immediately or at short notice
