Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & AI Engineer to join our engineering team as an

Individual Contributor (IC). This role focuses on designing and building secure, scalable

Python-based automation solutions and AI/ML-powered applications that integrate across

enterprise systems and cloud environments. This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership of

design, development, integration, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks and backend services.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal systems and third-party applications.

Build AI/ML-driven solutions such as anomaly detection, classification, and intelligent

automation.

Deploy automation and AI solutions in Microsoft Azure cloud environments (basic knowledge

required).

Integrate applications with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and enterprise SSO systems.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Puppet, Azure DevOps).

Write production-grade code with logging, testing, and documentation.

Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) with 3 5 years of backend/automation experience.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and token-based authentication.

Hands-on AI/ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.





Experience deploying ML models as REST services or microservices.

Familiarity with MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux/WSL environments.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure deployment and IAM concepts.

Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science,

or related technical field OR equivalent practical industry experience. Master s degree in AI/ML or

Data Science is a plus.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

Python certification (PCAP, PCEP, or equivalent).

AI/ML certifications (TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Fundamentals, etc.).

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or related cloud certification.

DevOps or CI/CD related certifications.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Power Automate or Power BI.

Basic understanding of vulnerability management concepts.

Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Experience in large-scale enterprise or Automotive environments.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently as a robust Individual Contributor.

Ownership-driven approach to design and delivery.

Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
