- Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards in financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide guidance on finance controllership best practices to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Robust knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
- Experience with internal control processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
